Leads built on facts, handled with care.

Good outbound starts with true information and respect for the people on the other end. Here is where our data comes from and the rules we build by.

Where the data comes from

  • Companies House: the register, filed accounts, charges and people with significant control
  • The Gazette: insolvency notices
  • The Insolvency Service: official insolvency rates by sector
  • Company websites, public web pages and news
  • Licensed business contact data providers, for work emails and phone numbers
  • Your CRM, when you connect it

Show the working

Every figure links to the filing it came from. Every estimate says it is an estimate and shows its range. Every contact detail shows its source. If we can’t show where it came from, we don’t show it.

Credit risk you can check

A bureau score asks you to trust it. Ours shows its working: the reasons behind every score, the real failure rate of every band, how the model was tested and where it is weak. Public data has no county court judgments or payment records, so we say so, and every score carries a confidence level.

Charge for the work, not the facts

Company records and filed accounts are public, and we don’t charge extra to see them. What you pay for is the work: matching, enrichment, signals and integrations. Contact lookups are charged per result found, and a lookup you have already paid for is never charged again.

Careful with people

Directors and owners are people, and their details are personal data even when public. We document our lawful basis, keep only what is needed and honour corrections and objections. We expect customers to do the same: screen mobiles against the TPS, follow PECR and give people a simple way to opt out.

Your data stays yours

CRM data you connect is used to serve you. It is never pooled with other customers’ data or sold. The privacy notice, terms and DPA linked below set out the detail.
